We design websites for free! But there are some things you've got to remind:
 - your site has to be non-commercial
 - it must have a useful content, not your personal homepage with just some information 
   about you or the hundredth Star Wars-site
 - it may not have illegal content or adult material

We just ask these things:
 - we will put a HTML-code in the page that will make pop-up a banner. We choose the
   banner.
 - your site has to be on one of our servers, it will be hosted for free. We only want that to
   prevent you change the code of the HTML.
